Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the ALBERT app and services operated by EVOLVE Luxury Concierge L.L.C-FZ ("ALBERT"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. Membership & eligibility

ALBERT is a private, invitation-only members' club for adults (18+). Access requires an approved application and an active subscription. We may decline or revoke membership at our discretion, subject to applicable law.

2. Subscriptions & payment

  • Membership starts at the Club tier; higher tiers (Signature, Zenith) can be requested in-app.
  • All payments are processed by Stripe via a secure link sent by email - there is no in-app payment.
  • Subscriptions renew periodically until cancelled. Prices are shown before purchase.
  • Cancellation / refunds: You can cancel at any time by writing to contact@albert-conciergerie.com or by deleting your account; renewals are non-refundable except where required by law. Deleting your account cancels your subscription.

3. The concierge & real-world services

ALBERT facilitates real-world services (reservations, travel, venues, experiences) performed by ALBERT and/or third-party providers. Availability is not guaranteed; third-party services are subject to their own terms. ALBERT is not liable for the acts of independent providers, save as required by law.

4. Member conduct & content

You are responsible for the content you post (profile, photos, messages). You must not post unlawful, harassing, hateful, deceptive, or explicit content, impersonate others, spam, or misuse member data (including location). You grant ALBERT a limited licence to host and display your content to operate the Service.

5. Safety: reporting & blocking

You can report or block any member in the app. We may review reports and remove content or suspend/terminate accounts that violate these Terms. We aim to review reports within 72 hours.

6. Location feature

"Around me" is optional and reciprocal. You agree not to use proximity or member information to harass, stalk, or harm any person. Misuse leads to termination.

7. Intellectual property

The app, brand, and content (excluding member content) belong to ALBERT. No reproduction without permission.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate for breach, fraud, or risk to members.

9. Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, ALBERT disclaims implied warranties and limits liability to the total fees you paid to ALBERT in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates; disputes are subject to the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections.

11. Changes & contact
