No. The client is yours and stays yours. Your colleague delivers and never learns who they are unless you decide otherwise.
What does it cost me?
Nothing to join, nothing per month. Albert takes 3%, added on top for the client, and only when the deal goes through.
Am I tied to anything?
No exclusivity, no rota, no quota. You answer what you want and ignore the rest of the board.
Will I be undercut?
Bids are sealed. Each professional sees their own and never the others, so you compete on what you can deliver.
